Just wanted to post to let others know that I am very impressed with 8th Summit's excellent customer service. They were very quick to respond to my email and helped me out with a component issue I had as well!

Yeah....no replies from 2 emails sent about replacement parts.

If they do not want to replace them, just tell me so.

First time I had an issue with replacement parts, they were lightning fast. Now its closing in on 4 weeks and haven't gotten a word.

Tried email, posting here, even commented on a post on facebook. I don't know what happened, but they're terrible now.

An absolute shame, because they make fun games but I won't support a company that completely disregards its customers.
