There's a store in Yokohama that buys and sells used games: http://boardgamecube.com

Also, Yahoo Auctions is the place that Japanese people uses to sell and buy used stuff.

Yahoo Auctions is also where I'd go.

Game Market also started out as a venue for selling off your old games. It can still be used as that.

This happnes often enough. Shipping within Japan is cheap enough to make it viable.

Me and others often post a list and pics on one or more of the JIGG Gaming Group pages on facebook as well.

JIGG Tokai https://www.facebook.com/groups/436875393063525/
JIGG Kansai https://www.facebook.com/groups/JIGGkansai/
JIGG Kanto https://www.facebook.com/groups/59666781054/

And lastly I sell stuff at the various annual flea markets and game markets. I usually get JIGG Tokai a table at all the Nagoya events and Diz gets one for Kansai at the Osaka/Kobe events. All club members are allowed to sell things at the tables free of charge (other than the price of the event admission of course).

Also any of the JIGG locations, particularly the JIGG Kanto Facebook Group, is a good place to sell games. I've bought games from people living all over Japan.

be sure to let gamers living near you know what you have. Also, you can mark those unwanted games on BGG as "for trade". Then, be sure to put games you want, especially the non-new ones as "want in trade". Those searching for trades in Japan will probably limit their search to "my country only". Go to "Bazaar" and click "trades" to see how it works.

Hi!
Since you're in Tokyo, you might want to check out these two shops:

First: Suruga-ya Akihabara Anime/Hobby shop (駿河屋秋葉原店 アニメ・ホビー館)
http://www.suruga-ya.jp/feature/akihabara/index.html (sorry, JP only)

Suruga-ya was found as a online second-hand hobby store, but they opened a brick & mortar store recently.
They do have boardgames, but I don't know if they accept wargames, since I haven't seen any there.

Second: Yellow Submarine Akihabara RPG shop (イエローサブマリン秋葉原RPGショップ)
http://www.yellowsubmarine.co.jp/shop/shop-059.htm (JP only)

There are many YS around Tokyo, but this Akihabara RPG shop has the most wargames I think.
They say they buy used games, and they seem to be selling used wargames so I think they should accept buying used wargames as well.

Don't forget to bring your ID with you when you're selling to the shop.
