Hi,

I bought TTR Anniversary edition in february and found that there were 3 missing train pieces.

I mailed customer support at customerservice@daysofwonder.com and asked if they could mail me missing pieces (send another mail in April). Since then no response yet.
Automatic response reads 'Because of an ongoing reorganization for managing replacement parts, you should expect long delays (weeks) before the situation goes back to normal.' Ok I expected weeks but not 6 months.

Does anybody from Europe has any advice what else should I do?
