A drag race for 2 players on ¼ mile racetrack (402 meters)
2 Main sections:
Car set up and then Race.
Car set up.
A player secretly design opponent`s car.
Then opponent try to tune his car as close as possible to the design targets set by opponent.
Targets are set for clutch, motor and chassis.
Difference between target and tuning is secret until events occur during race.
Both players start with counters with total value of 402 meter (1/4 mile).
The goal is to get rid of meters during a 6 second race.
Each round is 0.5 second. Total 12 rounds of play.
You may then calculate racing time by meters left.
A 3 speed Hurst gearbox is simulated by pre-set gear shift.
Design off target impact:
Spin from 0.5 second to 1.0 second.
Drive through 2. gear will be less effective.
Event will occur at 5.0, with dice roll modifiers.
