I guess that for most of us there is an early phase of amazement while discovering the vast universe of boardgaming, during which we look for new and different types of board games.

But after a while you realize that while it's easy to discover more interesting games to play, it's quite harder to find or maintain gaming groups or partners to play those games with.

So I'm interested in being directed to interesting reads (posts, articles, geeklists) discussing these kinds of topics. For me a good example is Samo's How to get your girlfriend into boardgames? [guide for 2 player gaming with your SO] geeklist.

Any suggestions for reads dealing with maintaining a gaming group, accommodating different types of players, facilitate participation of not-yet-gamers, etc?
