Hi everyone,

One of the happy KS backers here - the game looks great, plays really well, and we're definitely having fun with it, but...

We're not clear on one of the rules, especially when playing with 2 people.

The rules say that if a tile with a "mark" has no wallets on it, it gets exposed.

Now, if that tile is a player's character, does that mean the other (unexposed) player (in a 2 player game) is the winner?

I'm asking, because it's not explicitly mentioned in that part of the rules (about "marks" losing their last wallet), but it IS explicitly mentioned that if you successfully "snitch" or "expose" a player's character, they're actually exposed (so, in a two player game, they lose).

Thanks for a fun game and your help with clarifying the rules!

Cheers :-)

Thanks for backing! This answer is actually related to the other question you asked about how to use the Tools of the Trade pack. You'll want to choose one item to put in the deck for each character. That way, a player will never be a Mark and this situation will never happen. Sorry for not being clear about how the promo pack works -- we'll do a backer update soon to explain.

Yup, we got confused a bit because of the Tools of the Trade expansion - now it's clear, thank you!
