I did not receive the boss abomination box in the 2nd wave which was a part of the knights pledge.

I reported this to CMON and its been over a month and no one has replied. the automated reply said they would get back to me with in 5 days and yet here I am with out any knowledge of whats going to happen.

Any suggestions? what should I do?

Try contacting CMON via Facebook and refer to your Ticket Number. Always worked for me.

the customer service one on their main site where you select if the issue is regarding mini or kickstarter. Its like a drop down menu and then you fill it along with your email address.

Hey mate

I had a similar issue, I logged a second ticket and they responded to that within a few days, and the agent that helped with that pushed the agent that was supposed to have dealt with the original ticket. Hoping that it will now soon be resolved. Seems like some of the agents aren't doing their jobs well while others are...

I had a hero in one of the hero packs that was not molded correctly. I went to https://support.cmon.com/hc/en-us. Filled out a replacement request and they responded quickly and they sent me a replacement within a week .
