Suing the city for not re-zoning to accommodate them?

The interesting part is

"But the law stops us from going this...it's sooo unfair".

There is no reason why the council should have rezoned, and this is a frivolous lawsuit by whining arseholes who think the law should revolve around them.

The anti-abortion group would be smarter to sue the city to allege that the pro-abortion facility is not a "best use" itself. You might be able to find/generate stats for that if all their using to compare and decide are taxes.

Seems like they're reaching on their lawsuit a bit.

That suit wouldn't work either, the city doesn't have to rezone anything for the clinic, it is already zoned. 'Best use' only applies when changing things.
