I was interested in possibly pre-ordering Sekigahara, the P500 price is $47 and the regular price is $69. fyi it's a heavy box there are many heavy wooden pieces

Just from a price point, probably not, but it depends on your store of choice. For example, I've pre-ordered Sekigahara from Bliss for $70CAD (after tax); if I ordered it from GMT, it would be $47US + ~$16US shipping, which is about $81CAD. However, if I had to pay shipping to Bliss (I do local pickup), then the difference in price would be less.

What is more important to you, directly spring GMT, or getting the best price. Price will be slightly more from gmt but they get more cash to find more operations.
