Wizards are released another expansion to the popular Star Wars Miniature game. This set is called "Alliance and Empire" and in the run up to release is previewing some figures.

The link below is to the first preview and I would like to draw your attention to the Han Solo figure. Boy is it bad!

Ha! That looks like "The Toxic Avenger in Stormtrooper Armor".

Anyway, the worst paint job ever has to be Nick Fury from one of the early Heroclix sets. That did look like Toxie with a brown stump protruding from somewhere near his nose.

It looks like someone wasn't around for the first run of Mage Knight figures. You were lucky if your figure had two different colors on him. That said, it is a pretty sad paint job.

I don't remember them adding the Incredible Crash Test Dummies into the Star Wars movies? Maybe I missed a Special Edition. That one is pretty bad, but kinda funny.

The scary part is that this Han Solo figure was the probably the best of the bunch. Imagine the figures that weren't good enough to have their pictures on the web.

That Stormtrooper Solo looks afwul, but it hardly means anything for the whole set. Overall the SWM are an amazing looking line for prepainted miniatures and the A&E set won´t be much different.
The final figure in your booster will likely look much better, too, this could be a prototype and the preview pics are extremly enlarged, often making them look weird, so people should relax a bit.

Wow. I've seen lots of CMGs, lots of CMG previews, and lots of painted figs.
That's definitely the worst I've seen in a long, long time. And it's also not up the standards set by other Star Wars Minis.
