Reclassified is actually ridiculous. I understand the reward is very potent but the mission is extremely difficult from a Rebel perspective. Our group played it at threat level 4 and the mission was won by the IP with the final dice roll of round 4 (he managed to wound three Rebel heroes in that round). It was close but the statistics don't lie, this one is tilting.

We just played the 2 first scenarios with a group of 2 experienced players and 2 newbies, vs an experienced overlord.

We managed to pull a victory in the first scenario. It didn't seem easy but we never actually worried either.
But in the second scenario we got completely trampled, missing 1 success to open the safe by turn 6 with corridors crowded with imperial elite troops.
I'm one of the noobs but it felt like we barely had a chance to make it and we had a long talk about what we should have done differently without really coming up with a solution.

But all in all we had a blast and I can't wait to play again.
I was playing the Ithorian Bene Gesserit . What an awesome character!

So we finished the campaign last night but I don't know the titles of the scenarios we played. I'd like to compare with the stats.

Can you tell me what we played since we won 1st but lost 2nd and 3rd missions?

We just finished this campaign today. overall it was balanced, we have 2 rebel victories and 2 imperial victores (unfortunately the imperial won the one that matters). All the players have played before, but one of the rebels had played like 2 years ago only.


Our team was made of Biv, Onar, Shyla and Vinto. The Imperial Player used the Nemesis Deck with BT-1 and Jabba as vilains.

Overall our sense was that we had one easy mission, then one really hard, then another easy, and then another really hard. We won Reclamation withouth that much of a problem, even though we won in the final round.

Then Reclassified came and oh my god... we didn't even got to the room where we should be in order to fulfill the first objective of the mission. Lots and lots of threat on the table.

Then we got to Freedom Fighters and it was one of the easiest missions I've played as Rebels so far. It took us almost like 3 rounds or something like that.

And then we got to Cloud City's Secrets and OMG are you serious? We got so lost in what to do, that it tooks us close to six hours (!!!!!) to complete the game. The Rebels were trying and thinking and taking their time as much as possible but we couldn't find a solution. We even got close to the winning, but in fact we barely had hope.

Personal Thoughts
I understand that we played Onar very wrong. We didn't got any armor for him, trusting his rest and all the damage he had to take in order to "flip". However, by doing that, he couldn't soak damage from other heroes or use his abilities of 'suffer damage to deal damage' thing. This is one point. I also understand that he kinda needed someone that would allow him to move out of his activation so Rush would have more meaning.

I also understand that we played Biv wrong, because our rebel team decided that he should have a big ranged weapon while getting every skill that benefits close and personal. He even sold his Hand Cannon with two red dice in exchange for a green-green weapon. This is a second point.

Third point I believe it is the strength of Nemesis Deck. I don't know, I'm not that experienced in Imperial Assault yet, I've played only 3 campaigns from beginning to end (and started around 6 campaigns that never got past 3 missions), but since I got the Nemesis Deck from Jabba's Realm I feel like, if I'm playing as Imperial and I want to win, I'll just use it. Specially in a mini campaign. Usually in mini campaign there is a vilain in these missions. To be able to bring two other villains and with very low cost, it is terrifying and very time consuming on the rebels. Our imperial player was being clever enough to save Jabba for the final round where he could just place him there and get one extra influence. Then BT-1 dealing missles everywhere and rolling two black defense dice with one of his class cards, and in the end, with that "vilain ring" class cards (or something like that, don't know the name) PLUS "prepare the ambush" was brutal.

I enjoyed the campaign. I can see the Rebels mistakes, but that last mission is sooooooo hard (I don't want to spoil it, but DAMN, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?) and the Nemesis Deck sounds very, very strong. I've only played one other mini campaing (Twin Shadows) as an Imperial player, using Military Might as class deck and playing against Gaarkhan, Jyn, Diala and Fenn, and I was steamrolled with almost no chance of winning. I had hopes of destroying the imperial player here again, but it wasn't anything like that.
