I bought this game recently. When I opened the box, just to take a look inside and read the rules, I found not one but two sets of player pieces. I know and understand that this is a speed based game, so you might lose a piece if things get wild. But is it normal that the box contains two sets instead of one, and is the second set just for reserve, or is this a mistake?

Edit: There are also two hour glasses included with my copy.

My set only had one set of pieces. So most likely its just a mistake, a good one this time

I missed one set of dice to my Pandemic: The cure and mailed zman about it, about 2 weeks later i got the dice. A full bag of ALL character dice xD
