Vol:1 has Maps 1,2,3.
Will Vol:2 have Maps 4,5?
Just a question.
Will there be possible expansion to include a book containing scenarios including all maps with counters from the different Volumes?

I like that idea! If not official, let's hope the game gets a great community so we can see a lot of fanmade scenarios and maybe some advanced rules.

I'd also like to see more full map scenarios. Not all of them of course. But the full mappers are just epic. What is Vol:3? I'd like to say again that ww2 minor allies like France/Finland/Hungary/Italy/etc units would be neat.

The maps dont connect, so how would that work?

I think he meant a big book with collected scenarios that makes use of the maps and units from both Vol I and Vol II, not scenarios that uses all maps connected and units simultaneously. Altough... whistle

More big scenarios. You got it. I'll promise to work on one or two myself.

He want's an expansion for both Vol I and Vol II consisting of a collection of scenarios utilising all existing maps and unit counters. That's actually a good idea. Print and shrink-wrap a book sounds easier than an entire game.

Yes, I think that is a good idea, and the combinations improve with each volume. Say if the next volume has commonwealth force so, just speculating not tipping my hat, the possibilities expand.

Yes. This is exactly what I am talking about. Possibly similar to ASLs modules? Dare I even say that? lol Expansions. This game series screams it. Great work on getting Vol2 done.

If a future Expansion box is coming. Then I beg that have the maps numbered 1,2,3,4, etc.

I'm just remembering Combat Commander and the oddity of using Numbers & Letters for the maps. Meh... never did like that game anyway.

Life's too short to like every game because there are millions of games and there will be no end to that search. I mean... everybody has different wants from a game. I found my ww2 tactical home with OST.

Preferring one over the other is certainly normal.

Yeah. CC is kind of weird. For one - there is the card thing and mixed into that is the dice rolls? I understand that there was lots of story and theme with it... I guess. Constant, never-ending counting. There is counting in all war-games of course. But CC took it over the top. To me... I could have gotten the same thrill from a game of poker with the guys and playing a chess game on the side simultaneously.

It never occurred to me to count the cards at all. And I still never would. If you're playing a savant who can manage all that, then well...

I love OST, don't get me wrong, but CC:E is still number one. Just a fun experience overall. Anyway, we should keep this thread on OST and all its goodness, right?
