If the marker is on 5 (without $$), and then moves up 4 points in the movement phase:

Do you stop on 5$$, pay out dividens, then move 1 more point, split, and then move the last 2 points, past 3$ (landing on 4) and pay dividens for the newly split stocks (and earlier split ofc)?

Or do you do the whole movement in one go, split stocks, and then pay $$$x2 pr split stock?

The rules say that dividends are paid as it "passes or lands on" the spaces. So i'd say it does each step individually (pay out - split - pay out again)

The first $$ would pay out before the spilt. The $ would pay out after the split.
