T'Pol: Captain Archer, here on our first voyage, we are coming close to the habitable exoplanet only four light years from Earth, in the Proxima Centauri system. Shall I set a course?

Jonathan Archer: Why not? Your people have prevented us from visiting the planet practically since it was discovered back in 2016. Now we can finally find out what is there. Or do you care to tell me now?

T'Pol: You might as well see for yourself. It will be a good first test of your equipment aboard this vessel.

Archer: And people wonder why Vulcans drive me crazy..!

cool
it would be great indeed
if an inhabitable/inhabited planet is already found in the closest neighbouring solar system, it would prove all them non-believers (those who think there is only life on earth) wrong.

laugh Since it was inspired by Star Trek, it will probably work, or at least be mentioned in the new TV show, which I understand takes place after Archer and before Kirk!
