Hi all

My gaming club is about to refresh it's website, and we want to include a library system in it. Something that would allow us to have a catalog of all the games the club owns, and the possibility to lend them to members, and thus keep track of who has what.

I can find multiple library management systems, but I haven't seen the perfect one yet. Wanted feature list:

- Adaptable enough so it fits for boardgames. Thus no ISBN mandatory or such
- Europe friendly. No required state or US zip code.
- Web interface
- free
- Not too hard to deploy for a small scale library

Does anybody have any experience with such products, and have recommendations?

Thanks,

Tom

Have you tried searching the web for "open source library cataloging software"?

That would be free and adaptable - in theory.

You might try contacting your local public libraries - ask to speaking to the cataloging librarian, and see what they would advise. They might have experience with something.

Sidenote: I am a librarian.
