Valour counter
Hi guys
Do we play the valour counter as a reroll of all dice rolled or any of the dice we choose to roll. When I read the rulebook I can interpret it both ways. Only rerolling your misses makes a big difference to the result.

You re-roll the whole set of dice that you used for one single event by one Unit. For example it might be the one or two dice that you rolled to attempt to rally a Unit, or all the dice you rolled for a particular fire action by a Unit.

Note that the Valour re-roll is for one event (usually an action) not a whole order.

You cannot opt to re-roll only some of the dice; you must re-roll the whole set that you rolled. So, for a fire action, you must re-roll the hits and the misses.

For Valour against armour, you must choose whether to re-roll your To Hit dice before rolling for penetrations. The Valour counter applies to either the set of To Hit dice or the Penetration rolls, not both, because these are 2 separate sets of rolls.

Not to be confused with the velour counter which outfits all your forces in a cuddly soft cotton blend.
