I seem to miss a couple of rules here, but as for the concept, Chess is arbitrary to begin with. Next to the three basic pieces (rook, bishop, knight) there is one composite piece already. Adorn a queen with a knight (or vice versa) and the composite piece covers a 5x5 compact square around it. Such strength may be hard to balance and hard to use in any subtle way.
Adorn a king with a queen and the resulting piece may be hard to corner.

A nice idea in principle (given 'adorning rules') but build on a rather arbitrary foundation.

Rules of game. Main rule. In the case of a capture, when the capture piece (REMOVED PIECE) has been removed from the chessboard and the player, having placed his own piece (PLACED PIECE) on its new square. If on chessboard there is one* (only one!) identical with REMOVED PIECE other piece, on its square is transferred (from reserve) auxiliary piece, which identical (by name) with PLACED PIECE.
For example, Ruy Lopez, Exchange Variation
1.e4 e5
2.Nf3 Nc6
3.Bb5 a6

The photo shows 12 auxiliary piece (of red color) placed outside the chessboard. REMOVED PIECE – no one.
4.Bxc6 [Ng8 → (N+B )]^ dxc6 [Bc1 → (B+P)]^^
5.Nxe5 ^^^ Qd4
6.0-0 Qxe5 [Nb1 → (N+Q)]^^^^
7.d4

White have advantage.

Additional rules. During the game, auxiliary chess pieces move on chessboard together with chess pieces. Any auxiliary chess piece can be detached from chess piece and joined to another chess piece of the same color. Any auxiliary chess piece can be placed (to stay on the same square when moving of chess piece to another square , or to move to a free square alone, without chess piece) to square alone (without chess piece) only if among removed pieces there is an removed piece of the same name and color (of the player) with it. When self-placement of auxiliary chess piece on square , it is detached from chess piece and is removed from chessboard to the end of the game, and removed piece from reserve of the same name and color (of the player) with it is placed instead of it (i.e., when self-placement there is a replacement of auxiliary chess piece to removed piece). In the previous photo the auxiliary pieces Qb1, Pc1, Bg8 may NOT be placed on the squares alone, because there are no removed pieces identical with them by name and color (of the player) among removed pieces. On the next photo the auxiliary pieces Pe7, Qf6, Qf7, Bg8 may be placed on the squares alone, because there are removed pieces identical with them by name and color (of the player) among removed pieces.

Auxiliary chess pieces (bishop, pawn, queen, knight, king, rook) may be different color for each player.

The photo shows Super chess pieces - chess pieces with attached auxiliary chess pieces thereto.
Each Super chess piece consist of chess piece (white or black color) and auxiliary chess piece similar color.
Each auxiliary chess piece has red mark (for illustration purposes).
Each auxiliary chess piece made obviously smaller than any chess piece and made with the possibility of removable and detachable mounting (using mechanical, magnetic, or any other known compounds) to any chess piece similar color. Each Super chess piece moves as any of two pieces (combines powers of two pieces).

Probably, the author of the game doesn't have a very good knowledge of English. I don't know English at all, therefore I translate the meaning of the game using a professional translator.
So, the game is made up of a chess piece set, to which a lot of miniature auxiliary chess pieces (APs) in two colors is added–B, Q, N, R, K, P.
APs also may be the same color for all players. In the photo with chess positions all APs are the same red color. Before the game, the number of APs is determined based on the arrangement between players. Each AP has a possibility of removable and demountable attachment to any chess piece.
The game is played according to the chess rules. Before the game, all APs are removed from the chessboard. According to the chess rules, if a piece (MOVING piece) moves to a square occupied by an opponent's piece, the latter is captured and removed from the chessboard as part of the same move. According to the rules of this game, if after the removal of any chess piece from the chessboard, another one (only one*) chess piece, which is identical to it by name and color is placed on the chessboard, then the AP, which is identical by name to the MOVING piece, is attached to it. Super chess piece, consisting of two pieces (a chess piece and an AP), can move as any of the two pieces (by the player's choice).

Game options. AP moves on the chessboard together with a chess piece, to which it is attached. AP can be moved on other chess pieces of the same color. Any AP can be placed on the chessboard alone (without a chess piece), if among the removed pieces (RPs) there is an RP, which is identical to it by name and color , and which a player introduces back instead of AP, and the AP is detached from the chess piece and removed from the chessboard until the end of the game.
footnotes:
^ - AP Bishop (identical by name with the MOVING piece Bishop b5) is attached to the chess piece Ng8 (identical by name and color to the removed chess piece Nc6).
^^ - AP Pawn (identical by name with the MOVING piece Pawn d7) is attached to the chess piece Bishop c1 (identical by name and color to the removed chess piece Bishop c6).
^^^ - nothing is attached to anything, because the number of Pawns on the chessboard is more than one*
^^^^ - AP Queen (identical by name with the MOVING piece Queen d4) is attached to the chess piece Knight b1 (identical by name and color to the removed chess piece Knight e5).
On the last photo, the APs –Qf7, Pe7, Bg8, Qf6 can be placed on the chessboard alone (without a chess piece), since among RPs there are some RPs, which are identical to them by name and color (white RPs –Q, P and black RPs –Q, B).
On the next to the last photo, the APs –Qb1, Pc1, Bg8 CANNOT be placed on the chessboard alone (without a chess piece), since among RPs there are no any RPs, which are identical to them by name and color.
In contrast to the game "Crazyhouse", players place on the chessboard "their own", but not the "opponent's" RPs, and it is done only by replacing them with identical APs.
