This may not be it, but it's a step in the right direction.

Though it's my first insert, I'm pleased with how it came out. There are a couple of things I'd have done differently in the design and execution, and I may reconstruct it at some point, but it will definitely work for now.

Nice work.
This one is in the pipeline to get build, so thanks for the design.

That looks fantastic! I've wanted to figure out something like this.

1. What are the changes you say you would make if you did it again?

2. Is it all made of foam core?

2. Yes, it's all foamcore and tacky glue, thanks to the suggestions via BGG forums.

1. In the construction, I'd have put some of it together a bit differently, cutting some rabbet joints in the outside vertical pieces to make it a little prettier and sturdier. I also had to carve out a little of the dividers where the boards sit after it was constructed so they sit down a little further, and that part looks pretty rough. I also glued on some tabs after the fact to hold the boards in place (at the top of the picture), but it would have been better to cut notches in taller pieces.

Mostly cosmetic issues; I'm happy with its functionality.

BTW, it is holding all the cards sleeved.
