What are the stats highlighted above? I've read the rulebook twice now, and pored over the data card key and can find no mention of them or what they're for.

It says the range of effectiveness of the guns GP fire against A or P target types.

In the shown case it is against 1-3.

See 6.5.4.4.2 -> Effective Result, Non-Small Arms vs. A or P-Type
"Effective Result only if a shooter’s maximum GP Effectiveness
Factor is greater than or equal to the target vehicle’s GP Defense
Factor. Otherwise, the target vehicle is Suppressed by an Effective
Result. GP Effectiveness Factors are listed on the Data Cards in
the Offensive Information section.
An Optional Rule, Turrets (see 7.8), expands on the GP Effectiveness
Factor.
Ex: Reference the Vehicle Data Card Key, the SU-76M M43’s GP
Effectiveness Factor is 1-3."

Thanks Eduardo, I missed that detail and it all makes sense now. One thing I'm left wondering is why GP Effectiveness is expressed as a range since it appears that only the maximum value is ever used.

Same question was asked at MBT forums. Jims answer below:

"Back in the early days, the GP Effectiveness Factor only listed the highest value. Then players complained that it didn't include the lower values. So, now it's listed as a set of values that are covered, e.g., 1-5."

I also struggled to find it out and to make sense of it. As was said, those early days players were weird.
