Squib is my Ruby library for prototyping tabletop games
I spent 100 geek gold on this and I can't think of what to say here.
For the last six months, I've been working on the best tabletop game I've ever made in my 10+ years of hobbyist game designing. I've submitted it to a contest, and I need your votes by Sep 4 (this Sunday!!). It's called Your Last Heist.
Check out the website: http://yourlastheist.com
Here's a quick description:
Your are only as good as your final job.
Your Last Heist is a cooperative, collaborative, multi-stage heist game for the tabletop. You are a uniquely skilled career criminal who works with other criminals to pull meticulously-planned heists. You must quietly traverse a series of buildings to steal items and free prisoners, all while dealing with obstacles like closing gates, guards, locks, sensors, and cameras.
To vote, you'll need Crafter Points. If you've ever ordered something from TheGameCrafter, you probably have a few points lying around. If not, you'll need to minimally buy some points for $4 to vote.
Here's a quick showcase of the work. You can see plenty more, including rules, scenarios, and an FAQ at the website.
