This looks a little bit like Sunrise City to me.

I think the only thing that is similar is that its City Building and has some tile laying (Big City and Metropolis are other games in the genre). Sunrise City looks like it has bidding and variable play powers and quite a bit more complexity.

Skyways is a more streamlined family game.

Aquire is a classic! But unfortunately, the only similarity is making a region bigger by adding plastic buildings (if you have that version of the game).

In Skyways, there are no shares, and anyone can score by adding to any region.

And there are no hostile takeovers, as you cannot join two regions of the same color that are marked by two capitals.

But if you say there's an itty bit of Acquire in there, I'll take it!
