This is a 2.0 version of the Hell Angels fan army.

The Tiles Deck:
HQ ability: the HQ may perform a Move at the cost of 2 HP. It may not necessarily be used frequently, thanks to the vast amount of Move tiles.
Red Bull: has the Maneuver ability. Acts as a sort of limited Mobility: may move forward, or rotate by one side only.
If a Move tile is used on the unit, it may makes two full movements.
Ram: the Ram action tile allows one unit to inflict 1 wound on an adjacent enemy unit. If killed, the unit has to move to the freed hex and may rotate.
It's a sort of Stomp tile from the Beasts fan army, but with a bonus rotation.
Move then Battle: an action tile allowing to Move a unit, then start a Battle. Although the Move may be ignored, the Battle is mandatory.
The army appears perfectly balanced to me. My first battles with it led to 19-19 against Moloch and 12-12 against Hegemony. Impressive!
It may be very interesting to play in team deathmatch with an Outpost ally: the total of Battle and Movement tiles availables would be huge, and the Recon Center module would give doubled movements to the Hell Angels for a crazy mobility. New Detroit also has a Recon Center, two "Move+Battle", and a decent mobility.

Seems cool except for the reference to a real-world criminal organization.
There are some other gangs already in Detroit in Neuroshima, maybe one of them would be a more appropriate fit for the army name
