Hi, geeks!

Here is a question about artwork/design:

Inspired mainly by Silent Hill as well as by board games like Mansions of Madness I decided to tinker a game!
My basic idea is a full co-operative exploration horror game with modular board. I want to use simple square tiles with top-down graphics that could be connected in multiple ways. I would like to make exterior tiles with buildings representing a town (something along the lines of Zombicide), and interior tiles depicting rooms (like that of Betrayal at the House on the Hill or Zombie in my Pocket).
Since it's a horror game it would definitely require an atmospheric look, so I intend to give it a dark tone, but still I want to keep it as simple as possible! Originally, I planned to design it all by myself, but it looks like I overrated my skills...
Long story short, I'm looking for free artworks or tools (not artists!) I could use to create my exterior and interior tile designs.

Thanks in advance!
