In June, I ordered a copy of Dominion from a US seller as a gift. It did take many weeks to arrive, but the seller did advise me that for some reason, shipping was taking a long time.

On giving the gift and opening the box, two of the Dominion figures were broken, in such a way that gluing them was problematic.

Despite having read some horror stories about the WizKids customer service, I went ahead and registered the broken ships on their website (30th July 2016).

I received an email on 15th August 2016 that my ticket's status was "shipped".

Today, 31 August 2016, in rainy Wales (UK), the replacement figures arrived, properly packed, and in good condition.

A result, gentlemen.

I also had a broken Dominion ship, and they shipped me a replacement with no fuss and fairly quickly (few weeks).
