I am looking for options for an all in one printer to make small custom sized boards, punchout tiles, manual, box, and custom dice if at all possible.

By 'small print run', do you mean 5 or 500 ?

For just a few prototypes, http://www.printplaygames.com/ has most of your needs covered.

I don't know of any POD board game shop that does custom dice. You may need to find a custom laser etching service. A quick google got me this Etsy, listing, for example: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/455435294/custom-dice-carved...

hmm when it comes down to more than 5 copies though it gets pretty pricey. I looked it up and for a card game that im working on which has only 130 cards it will end up costing around 20 bucks. While that seems like an awesome option for when your game has nearly finished colorful artwork, it doesn't make sense to print black and white simple graphics prototype for that much especially for me since i want around 15-20 copies just like OP. i wish they had better priced options for prototypes where only black ink would be used and most of the cards would have just white BG.

(i guess being canadian with our dollar in shit compared to USD doesn't help either but im not even taking that into account)

Are there any a bit cheaper options? Maybe something that would cost 10-15$ per card game with 130 cards at most?

Things get cheaper as you buy in bulk. But yes, I wouldn't necessarily head to a print shop if you're still just doing playtesting with basic text on cards.

Unfortunately it's mere pennies difference to print B+W vs color, so it doesn't make sense for us to offer a cheaper option.
