I play this game pretty often with one particular friend of mine and we have several things that we use in nearly every game.

First, almost every game we've ever played has some character named Herman. He's been a beggar, a knight, a squire, a king, etc. He's been a child and a character from the history of our kingdom.

Also, we have a kingdom named "Seevious" which we created while in a restaurant across the street from a CVS pharmacy.

What recurring characters or things do you have in your games?

There are twelve of us, Sire, and I place all the resources of my people unreservedly at your Majesty's disposal.

Ned: Ned's in just about every game. And there usually ends up being an enchanted frog who in reality is an evil sorcerer...even if no one plays a frog card!

Everything is relative to perception, and your perception is limited.

I have little experience with this game, but that's awesome. Once Upon a Time: The Legacy Game.
