There's no simple explanation for anything important any of us do, and yeah the human tragedy consists of the necessity of living with the consequences, under pressure, under pressure. -Courage (For Hugh Maclennan): The Tragically Hip

With Labour Day just around the corner what game(s) do you recommend that celebrates the common working (wo)man?

Are there any common-folk-rise-up-to-overthrow-their-oppressive-leader/manager/government official games? There must be.

You could lead a revolutionary front in Pax Porfiriana and stop the exploitation of your opponents workers by instigating strike action. You might even get to cause a slave revolt on some plantations.*

*These might have been your plantations but you can just keep that bit quiet.

I thought that was more a May Day theme, no?

For Labor Day, any worker placement game will do. Full employment is the theme.
