I'm curious, game designers - Why are there no cards for these common Polish foods?

1. Barszcz
2. Bigos
3. Pierogi

Are these
A) planned for an expansion?
B) not truly Polish food and we've been lied to?
C) Don't fit the mechanics of the game due to ingredients?
D) Too common and you wanted to introducing NEW Polish food to people?

I do miss these favorite dishes of mine in the game cards. (I grew up in Buffalo New York, and visited Poland for a few days in the late 1980s.)

Hello Chuck
Thanks for playing Taste of Poland.
Set of dishes has been completed reffering to Polish voivodeships. Each voivodeship is represented up to 3 regional dishes.
Currently we have 16 voivodeships (16 *3 = 48) and we added 7 popular national dishes.
Barszcz, bigos and pierogi are well known dishes around the world, so we haven't add these dishes as a promotional stuff.
Please discover Polish Cuisine - it's fantastic (as a Japanese Cuisine)

Regards
Marcin
