Poison Spit: When you deal damage to monsters give them a poison counter. Monsters take 1 damage for each poison counter they have at the end of their turn. You can get rid of a poison counter with a [Heart] (that [Heart] doesn't heal a damage also).

Vampire: At the end of any player's turn on which you dealt damage, heal 1 damage.

Ghost: At the end of any player's turn on which you took damage, heal 1 damage.

If a monster had Vampire/Ghost + Poison Spit Counter x1 on it and it is that monster's turn, what happens at end of that monster's turn?
Can that monster use Vampire heal to get rid of Poison Spit Counter or does Vampire heal and Poison Spit Counter cancel out damage?

You can't use vampire to get rid of the poison counter. You need to use a rolled heart.

These types of cards are why the rules to Magic get so convoluted. You take the damage from the poison at "the end of your turn", so since your turn has already ended, I would think ghost wouldn't even heal you (unless you took damage from something else previously).

Poison damage doesn't trigger effects similar to Vampire, because the monster isn't doing the damage. The poison counter is.

This is the important bit.
The Poison Spit card might change owners, and one person could wind up with counters from two (or more) different players. The counters don't remember who created then them.
(Mimic and Parasitic Tentacles are the two most likely ways this could happen)
