Is any part of the lucky shot damage kept secret from the opponent ("you must do right turn on your next move ...)?

I don't think it is spelled out anywhere but we don't tell the opponent anything that can't be seen. Debris is one that can be seen, so that one we spell out, as with any sort of smoke or fire. Often in the excitement of play, a player will read it out loud so everyone knows, but we try to keep it quiet.

Nor do we. If it's something obvious, on fire, explodes we say the effect. We have had games where people have spent two tunes shooting down a dead pilot!
