Thanks for the info. I was still confused just from the preview articles how the Agenda and Act decks actually worked. So the Encounter deck has cards in it that advance the Agenda deck? Is that the primary way the Agenda deck advances?
The game framework requires that you place one doom token at the beginning of each round (excluding the first round), and that appears to be the primary way of Agenda Advancement. However, we've seen at least one effect (the cultist enemy) that places doom outside of that window, so the encounter deck seems to have some tricks in that regard.
