Does anyone know why the richest player gets to move first during races? The problem is, it's a drag to keep counting up the money. I'm wondering if the game would be harmed by just having the first player rotate. Watts your opinion? (Sorry, couldn't resist!)

Arguably s/he should go last.

The time spent counting money is not an issue because the players also need to know how much they can spend, under the 10% rule.

10% rule? What have I missed? I do know that a person can't spend more than $10K to ride other players' track in one race.

Edit: I did just find an alternate set of rules in my game box which includes the 10% rule, so cancel my question.
