VEKN has official print and play sets http://www.vekn.net/official-expansion-sets

http://www.vekn.net/forum/rules-questions/75051-rules-team-r... The Rules Team has decided that printed proxies are legal for tournament play, if event organizers choose.

https://amaranth.vtes.co.nz] Amaranth is a deck-building tool that helps in printing proxies. Note, however, that as it uses updated card frames/designs that are easier to read, it technically does not follow the ruling and the cards would likely not be legal in tournament play, even at events that allow proxies.

Hope that helps

Fortunately, the first set (Jyhad) was massively over-produced, so despite the game being out of print, it's still possible to find booster boxes for sale online.

Unfortunately, there isn't a handy collection of Jyhad for printing. If you're looking for a "core set" like LCGs such as Android: Netrunner have, well, you'll be out of luck.

Your best bet then, if you don't want to buy cards, is to find some good introductory decklists somewhere, build those on Amaranth and print them off.
