Do you mean if there are people on Youtube that review euro games? If so, visit a euro game of your choice here on BGG and have a look in the video section. Enjoy!

All the games that you mention are very good -- you need to provide your player preferences if you want more specific recommendations

GOT as in Game of Thrones board game, card game, or actually the word got?

Five Tribes. A very good abstract which can induce a lot of analysis paralysis.

CoB. One of the best designed games I have played. Works best with two though.

Puerto Rico. Best with 4-5. It is a classic and what I would consider a entry level heavy as the rules are rather straightforward.

I think of Rahdo as a great place to actually see how the game works. You can easily forget about his opinion about a game (or go directly to it) as he usually cuts his reveiws as to have a Final thoguhts chapter by itself. He's usually very good at showing a game, and for published works you can easily see how all the components work and how some of the rules work. He shows them in a 2-player perspective, but you should easily scale form it

I think he has done a review for everyone of those game except Game of Thrones.

For a starting point Starlit Citadel is a good place to go. Unfortunately, the girls have quit recently, but they have done a huge number of reviews.
I prefer their reviews, because they are short (mostly about 10 minutes) and they manage to give comprehensive overviews of a game, its components, and its mechanics.
If I like what I see, I search for playthroughs or more in-depth reviews.

Just know seeing him play is like being inside of an AP prone player's mind, and it wore on me enough to where I watch his videos on a limited basis. *Spoiler alert* His final thoughts is he really likes the game.
