Basic Game Rules

4.1.3 (p. 8): "At any time, a vehicle may be marked with either a SPOT/FIRE counter or a SPOT/FIRE counter." Should be: "At any time, a vehicle may be marked with either a SPOT/FIRE counter or a SPOT/MOVEcounter."

4.4.3.2.2. (p. 15): Overwatch/CIS should be clarified. Something like: "If the firing vehicle has a TT Factor of 60, 120, or 180 and is executing Overwatch Fire at a target located within its Field-of-Fire -- the modifier is -1. If a Turreted or Turretless 360° firing vehicle is executing Overwatch Fire at a target located within its Front 60° Field-of-Fire -- the modifier is -1."

4.4.3.2.2. (p. 15): Overwatch Adjust/CIS should be clarified. Something like: "If a Turreted or Turretless 360° firing vehicle is executing Overwatch Fire at a target located outside of its Front 60° Field-of-Fire -- the modifier is -2."

Advanced Game Rules

6.1.4.2 (p. 13): "Full Cover impacts both the spotting of the Full Cover unit and its ability to spot other units, combat, and the unit’s GP Defense Factor." Delete "combat," for clarification. It does not mean anything in addition to spot and GP Defense Factor.

6.2.1.1.3 (p. 17): The example is wrong. It should be: "[...]Unarmed unit A4 is counted as an active unit because it is within the 1 hex Command Range of combat unit A2. However, A4 is not within Command Range of units A1 and A3. Units A1, A2 and A3 may all share the same unique command. A4 could have its own unique command or share with A2, but may not share with the other two vehicles."

6.5.1.13.3 (p. 23): The example is wrong: It should be: "[...]The FO has a spotted target: a US Mech Infantry squad (Data Card UM-8A) located in a Woods hex at a range of 12 hexes;[...]" Note: The range of 12 hexes is mentioned another two times during the example further down.

6.5.2.2.1 (p. 25): The penalties of a Track Hit are missing. After the first sentence include: "A vehicle with a Track Hit may not move or pivot for the reminder of the scenario including the Move portion of any command not yet executed. If the vehicle is currently moving, it immediately stops and may not change its facing. It is also subject to Bailing Out. Any combat not yet resolved still treats the vehicle as moving."

6.5.2.4.1 (p. 26): "If hit by CE-type ammo or at a non-protected location, the additional armor is not applicable." Should be: "If hit by KE-type ammo or at a non-protected location, the additional armor is not applicable."

6.5.4.3 (p. 32): Overwatch/CIS should be clarified. Something like: "If the firing vehicle has a TT Factor of 60, 120, or 180 and is executing Overwatch Fire at a target located within its Field-of-Fire -- the modifier is -5. If a Turreted or Turretless 360° firing vehicle is executing Overwatch Fire at a target located within its Front 60° Field-of-Fire -- the modifier is -5."

6.5.4.3 (p. 32): Overwatch Adjust/CIS should be clarified. Something like: "If a Turreted or Turretless 360° firing vehicle is executing Overwatch Fire at a target located outside of its Front 60° Field-of-Fire -- the modifier is -10."

6.5.4.4 (p. 33): The shading is wrong. "If equal to or less ... is Suppressed." and "If greater than ... Effective result." should not be shaded because it is no example, but rules. "If the GP Factor is 2, the ... result." and "If the GP Factor is 15, the ... No Effect." should be shaded because it is an example.

6.6.7.2 (p. 42): "Squads, half-squads and sections may utilize Direct GP Fire while transported, except from helicopters." Add: "and from Under Armor Transport vehicles."

6.6.7.2 (p. 42): "Passengers firing from Under Armor vehicles are limited to a range of 2 hexes." For clarification change to: "Passengers firing from Under Armor Transport & Combat vehicles are limited to a range of 2 hexes."

6.6.8 (p. 42): "Due to their construction training and on-hand equipment, engineers require only 2 turns to construct a Hasty Entrenchment. After the first turn of construction place the counter with the 3 face side facing forward. The second turn completes the construction." Note: This makes more sense and is according to the rest of the rules with rotating the counter clockwise one step after each turn of construction.

6.8.4.1.1 (p. 54): The modifier is wrong. Correct is: "If a unit employed Defensive Fire (OR) (see 7.15), it must apply the
Command other than N/C +20 modifier."

7.8 (p. 60): Add after the second paragraph: "The Field-of-Fire of a turret is 60°."

7.11 (p. 61): Add in the first sentence of the second paragraph: "The BU modifier is +2 and does not increase [...]."

Data Cards

SM-8A: Size is S not S/L.

+++

EDIT 1: Correction of the 6.8.4.1.1 (p. 54) entry.
EDIT 2: Addition of the two 6.6.7.2 (p. 42) entries.
EDIT 3: Addition of the 6.1.4.2 (p. 13) entry and of the SM-8A Data Card errata.

Also, there's a sentence under 4.2 "Overwatch (OW)" that should be clarified or omitted altogether. The last sentence of the Overwatch description states:

Quote:
The command may never be executed.

It should either be deleted or re-written to say "The command may be optionally executed or not.", as the preceding sentence states that "Overwatch Fire is never required".

6.5.2.4.2 Explosive Reactive Armor (ERA)

"For KE-Type ammo, reference the ERAK column; the calculation
is 1.6x the listed armor. For CE-Type ammo, reference the ERAC
column; the calculation is 80 plus the listed armor."

Should that be HERAK column for the KE-Type ammo?
