What is the size of the box? What would you compare it to?

You can take my game… when you pry my cold, dead fingers off the board!

The versions page has it:
https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/146784/dark-gothic/versi...

But I just measured and it's a bit smaller than listed. More like 30 x 18.5 x 7 cm.

It doesn't seem to match a standard size. It's maybe close to an Alea game (Puerto Rico) but a couple inches shorter in length. And not an exact match on the other dimensions either, so I'm not sure how much that helps.

I have first edition and it's 12" x 7.5" x 3"
It's roughly 1/2" shorter in all dimensions than Resident Evil Deck Building game

The boxes for Dark Gothic and Dark Gothic Colonial Horror are comparable to the Fortune and Glory: Rise of the Crimson Hand and the A Touch of Evil Hero Pack boxes, respectively (Colonial Horror is not as wide as the latter, but thicker).

Yeah, they're "small" boxes.
