I know that this might sound crazy but I was wondering if there was a game that had this. I have a game that themeatically I would love to have the main character pawn be a 2cm cube but with 5 sides printed on. Its gotta be possible right???

Why screen printing? Block wargames use stickers which would work just as well.

Waterslide decals look similar to screen printing. Spray with an acrylic sealer before cutting and they're pretty durable.

Not sure, but the process seems like screen printing.
