Has anyone dealt with Fragor's customer service recently? A friend of mine got A Game of Gnomes but it was missing two pieces: the frog hopper and one of the gnomes (possibly broken when inspected by Customs due to the stupid packaging). He tried to contact them but got no answer. I think this was over two months ago.

Their service is excellent.

As they have day jobs, and are becoming senile, they sometimes miss an email, or mistake it for a toadstool.

Send them another message, but keep in mind that they are probably busy with Essen around the corner.

I would suggest he try emailing them again and dropping a geekmail to one or other of the Lamont brothers who run Fragor.

We had an damaged dragon in our copy of Dragonscroll two years ago, sent them an email and received a replacement by the Lamont brothers.
