Hi Northeast BGG'ers!

Time for the fourth all-day Quarterly of 2016! All-day open gaming from 10AM to midnight at Courtyard Marriott in Natick (342 Speen Street, Natick, MA) around the corner from the Natick/Route 30 exit off the Pike and next to the Natick Collection (Mall). Anyone of game-playing age who is interested in playing board games is welcome.

We now have a microsite to communicate all of the details for this event (because including all of the details in a single forum post was starting to get unruly): http://2016q4.tabletopgamersalliance.com/

The microsite has everything you need to plan attending the event, but here are important details that you should consider.

====================
Online Registration
====================
You may purchase your online registrations for $10 per person at: https://squareup.com/store/TGA/item/tga-q-all-day-quarterly-...

After check-out, your name and/or e-mail address will be added to the online registration list. When checking in at the event at the door, just mention that you registered online. If purchasing multiple online registrations, list all the names you are purchasing online registrations for during check-out in the "Write a note to the seller" field. Online registrations will only be available until 1PM on September 30th, the day before the event.

====================
At-Door Registration
====================
Registration at the door costs $15 per person. In addition to cash, you will now also be able to pay with debit and credit cards at the door.

============================
What does the Quarterly look like?
============================
Here are photos of what our last few Quarterlies looked like:

- Q1: http://www.meetup.com/TabletopGamersAlliance/photos/26939173...

- Q2: http://www.meetup.com/TabletopGamersAlliance/photos/23037512...

- Q3: http://www.meetup.com/TabletopGamersAlliance/photos/23184657...

=========================================

You guys can also use this forum thread to ask any questions and discuss games to bring/play at the Quarterly.

If you prefer using Meetup, we have an event page there: All-Day Quarterly (2016Q4) While joining TGA and RSVP'ing to the Meetup page is not required, it is very much appreciated. To join and RSVP, you have to have a Meetup account, but Meetup accounts are free!

If you prefer Facebook, we also have an event page there: https://www.facebook.com/events/1642489282729528/

Hope to see you there!

Could I join the discord room? And did you guys ever find out if you could have an internet connection there for a stream? I happen to be free that day for now.

Sure, you can join the Discord chat! Our group is open to everyone.

And as mentioned in my last GM to you, this venue does not have a connection we can use for streaming, unfortunately! Though when we need to expand into a larger venue, I will try to shop for one that can accommodate that.

I haven't been to any of these before - is there a trade aspect as well? Or just open gaming?

Mostly open gaming, but there's nothing preventing enterprising gamers from starting something up!

We at TGA believe in the free market. Any trades or sales are completely encouraged and considered private transactions; meaning, we are neither going to audit nor charge commission fees. Everything is fair as long as all parties involved are registered attendees of the Quarterly.

If you have stuff you want to sell, then you can list all your games online somewhere like punkin312 did: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14bxrVHGL1MgaSbKuq02S... During the Q2 Quarterly, she was the only seller and ended up selling about a dozen games!

Ok, thanks! I have a much smaller list of games for sale, and would prefer to maybe trade some of them - but I'll consider posting them.
Good luck Steph!
