I found the rules on the EiA files section , but don't see any files to print the game here. Does this thing exist? Just fascinated.

When was the EiH forum here at BGG created? I'd theorize that it was created after 2011 when I posted those rules in EiA. Additionally EiH is a variant of EiA, so that seemed the logical place to put the rules.

Do the rest of the files to make the game exist somewhere? I would like to download them and see what's what.

I see that my answer comes a little bit late... but I have all the files that you need to play Empires in Harm.

I can send them to you if you want.

I've put some of the stuff in the files section.

More is to come.

I think the original developer (Michael Treasure) pulled most of the content for Empires in Harm when Matrix Games paid him for the rights so they could include much of it in their EiA computer game. I tried posting some stuff later, and it also got pulled.

Perhaps Matrix has given up on the game and no longer cares?
