Interesting!

They look strong though, especially with 7 ini 3 fighters.

I do not like Elder B and Elder C, that you have to remember which tiles were revealed this battle. Better to have them do something immediately, a choice, when the battle starts. For example the choice to hide again after revealing.

Disappear action is strange, what do you want to accomplish with it? What choice/situation do you want to create?

About disappear:
First, disappear is a global move action.
Second, playing a tile again makes it hidden again. It combos with those tiles which benefit from revealing.

About balancing:
We have a long way to go...

Ok, so what you want to do is an ability to make an already played tile disappear? A simpler version would be to do just that, disappear one of your tiles already on the board.

My recommendation for balancing is to make it slightly too weak at first, so that it loses most games. If you enjoy playing and playing against it, the core is interesting enough and you can slowly boost it up to be on par with other armies. If you start off too strong then the fun of playing it is easier confused with just the strength of the army.

Thank you for the advice.

About disappear:
Maybe I should simply remove this tile.

About playtest:
Starting with a weaker one seems to be a good idea.
Playtest could be a bit difficult because it's impossible to test this against myself.

PS:
Where can I get some psd file for NHex tiles or something like that?

An action tile that replicates the hq ability is fine, just make it the simplest and clearest version of what you want the player choice to be.

Sure you can test against yourself, I always do that first. Do the motions and see what makes sense, even in a game that is all about hidden cards. Just play with everything open first, then do it face down and try to to remember too hard. You will learn a ton and can improve the balance. Your playtesters will be much more interested in helping you test if you never show them completely and obviously broken things that you should have cought yourself.

For files use eheck, the hex creation kit by markus. It has layers for everything standard so you can activate what you need for each tile, and add your custom icons. I think a file for version 2 is among the files here on bgg, I do not know if there is a kit for version 3.
