I have a question:

Let say i am Lannister and i have a ship in: Sunset Sea and in the Golden sound
Greyjoy who is my ally, has a ship in : The bay of ice

Would i be able to march troops all the way to Winterfell with the help of the GreyJoy's ship?

To remind you

In this game, there is only you and your opponents. No allies.

Ah ok, i thought u can do it, since you can support enemy players, i thought that counts as well.

Just because an enemy has a support order next to you, does not mean it's for you! No matter what that enemy has told you!

Good luck getting that dagger out of your back!
