I love your insane dudebro conspiracy theories.

Naturally, the incident is pretty common on Local news, unfortunately a man getting shot just isn't that newsworthy on the national level, even if you think it meets your preferred narrative.

Funny, I had to watch ABC News last night, and they (the most liberal of liberal TV news programs) showed a video of some woman using her legal weapon to fight off three armed robbers. She shot one and chased the other two away. And prissy dick-lover David Muir complemented her!

But yeah, this kind of stuff is never on the news.

Whenever the gun-fondlers trot out stories about how concealed weapons saved the day, I'm reminded of people telling me that they never wear seat belts because they knew someone who was thrown clear of a train-car collision once because he didn't have his belt on.
Poor risk assessment skills.

This story is no more relevant than a story of a toddler or child accidentally killing someone with a handgun. Only when you compare the risks of needing a gun (and not having it) to the safety issues can you make a reasonable decision.

BTW, I can trot out a story where killing someone was justified and even good. But that doesn't mean murder should be legal.

That's weird, you linked to a news site reporting the incident, then said it wasn't on the news anywhere.

Wait, I forgot that you're a caricature for a moment, my mistake!

Note that this is one of the few rules on RSP that can get you banned from BGG. (You can't mention who is on your block list.)

It won't necessarily be enforced, but it's probably worth editing out. (You're only allowed to call people child-abusing pigfuckers here, but you can't admit to blocking them.)

You think a guy getting permanent brain damage after a failed armed robbery is cosmic justice?

Good, that criminal got what he deserved.

Also, tougher gun control laws would lead to less gun death in this country.

Yeah, I don't get it. We could make sure everyone gets a good education and a proper job with a decent salary while making a meaningful contribution to society. Instead, we rather protect, if necessary with firearms, our property and if it just a few hundred dollars or an iPhone. Now we have a guy with permanent brain damage that will be a drain on society for the rest of his life. Not to mention all the other millions of incarcerated men and women in this country.

Concealed carry saved the day while our society ruins itself.

Maybe that is because we do not think anyone deserves to be shot.
