I find it sad to say that the only update that will ever be practicable for me is one that allows me to actually play the game. GOSS is a real-life example of the damage a kitchen sink may do when it is tossed into a wargame.

After bouncing off the previous GOSS rulebook I've been gandering at the new versions, which now include revised charts and Scenario rules for H:HF and AW as well (WaR is coming.)

I'm still in the early stages here but the difference in readability and clarity seems quite striking. I may post further thoughs once I'm further along.

Better an e-rulebook than a $25 magazine that will have 2-3 pages for the game I'm interested in, then stuff for other games I may or may not have.
