I want to play a solitaire game but I'm not in a position to buy a game currently. I also have run out of ink for my printer. Are there any games that I could simulate using spreadsheets and PDFs? Or possibly with easy to draw out parts? I don't have tabletop simulator, can't buy it right now either.

note: I played Barbarian Prince this way, only got through a few days as it was kind of cumbersome.

How about drawing some microgame PNP? Many have at most 9 - 10 cards

If you have a deck of cards you can try Bowling Solitaire

Some ideas:

Land 6 - 6 tiles and some dice
Marooned! A solo game of survival - perhaps a bit of work

Some can use a normal deck of cards
The Shooting Party
The Bogey

Plenty to explore

My first play of 30 Rails was on a hand-drawn 6x6 grid. It's a quick play, and all you need are two distinguishable dice, pencil, and paper.

Sample from the BGG gallery:

Pocket Dungeon

Note down some tables, grab some dice, draw your dungeon on the fly ...

Try Risus. It's a Pen&Paper RPG, but you can use the solitaire adventure Ring of Thieves.

It's like a CYOA with dice! You only need to provide a couple of d6's. I had fun with that one for a while.

Good luck!

You can play The Dungeon of D online somewhere (I forget where). You still need to read the rulebook and know the rules, but it handles the card randomization and playing surface.
