I have a little confusion here. Let's say one character got a duck back result. He is ducking back, in cover and concealed, can not be seen. That's clear. But next turn his activation is coming later, and an enemy character or a zombie moving into his hex.. It is can not be a charge into melee because he is still tilted, and can not be seen .. so how this is played out?

Someone moving into the hex triggers an In Sight once it is adjacent and this could mean there is a charge or gunfire. Hope this helps.
