I've been given permission to start a board game group at work and was wondering if anyone has had any experience in doing this. I have most of the basic stuff set up : several gateway games, a time and place to meet, and some co-workers who want to meet up.

Mainly I'm looking for good slogans that could attract people and an interesting name for the group itself. Any thoughts?
(I work at a healthcare agency if that helps)

I've been running a lunch club at work for at least 6-7 years; we've amassed around 25 games of all skill levels (gateway, but also meatier fare); the main thing is we can finish in ~1 hour.

Funding was through work; I do bring in personal games to mix it up. Sometimes we'll run longer games (TI3, 18xx, etc ...) if there's a conference room I can reserve for a week or two. Number vary a lot ... some years we run 8-10, others 3 or 4. (I've decided that less is better; its best if there's enough to sit down at one game (so, 4-5 people) otherwise you spend the entire lunch running around teaching and answering questions).

I don't bother much with slogans; we use a mailing list and an obvious name (Lunch Boardgame Club). The important thing is that you meet regularly (say, Wed), and that you plan on doing all the organization.
