- no stacking or balance based ones.
- Id like ones that are a bit more based on throwing, tossing, flicking, sliding etc and a bit more a release of physical energy
- no real time and pref not timed
- not asymmetric
- reasonably portable and not too heavy with dozens of tracks or things
- pref not something that may hurt the fingers or hand after a session
- not toooo much table space
- solid, reliable pieces. For ex, i found sorry sliders ball bearings to become loose after some time

Thoughts/recs?

Not sure how much table space is too much, but I think the closest thing I'd recommend is Cube Quest. It's a flicking game where you're trying to defeat your opponent's king. Not too many pieces, fairly small box, and the board is two mouse pads put together.

Crossboule is a dexterity game that revolves around tossing soft bags around.

I have never played, but it was the first thing to cross my mind from your criteria.

And good for indoors and outdoors.

Targets - cool dice flicking game using dice and some coasters
Click Clack Lumberjack - carefully hit bark off a tree with an axe, don't knock the tree down
Coconuts - fling 'coconuts' into cups
Dungeon Fighter - bounce dice onto a target ... with all sorts of tricky variations on how you can throw them (normal size square game box)
Terror in Meeple City - eat meeples by flicking things around to move and dropping things to destroy buildings (maybe slightly larger square game box)
