During the game you may threaten a state of Kanly exists between you and another player, if that player takes a certain action which you name. To threaten Kanly, you name a specific action and a specific player. If the player named takes the action you named, a Kanly Duel is fought. Note! You may threaten Kanly only once per turn .

Each player now may set out in front of his or her shield from 1 to 10 spice from his personal spice pool to “power up his sheild ” A player may take up to 2 actions during a turn. Either move your leader across a line from one sector of the arena to an adjacent sector or play a Dueling Card taking the action described on the card. Thus, you may move your leader twice, or play two cards, or move and play.

Start with one duel card & any you may have received from Treachery deck Whenever you move your token in toward the center of the arena, you collect a Dueling Card from the top of the deck. Players may have up to 4 Dueling Cards at one time. Kwisatz Haderach can have 6

When you attack you declare how much the attack did in damage up to the leaders fight value to keep your leader hidden behind his shield at full fight value reveal your leader. Shield Spice is then removed for each attack till Opponents shield is drained and they are reveled.Then place spice from the main spice bank to represent the leaders fight value. once their attack number is reduced to 0 they are dead and the winner keeps as booty the fight spice value and shield value and returns his fight value to the spice bank.

Other players can bid spice on which player will be the winner spliting the betting pool winnings Among themselves.

I think the biggest issue with kannly isnt the actual duel itself but the way that duels can be issued at any time for anything which can result in a lot of duels in 1 game.

My idea was to only allow kannly via using a unique treachery card added to the treachery deck or by allowing a kannly to be threatened by playing a karama card.

We used a kanly duelling card in a couple of the 9-player games on this site. It tended to be played as a sort of Guild shipment-blocking karama, if memory serves.

I did mention the way we handle it, every player gets one Kanly vendetta card,At the beginning of the game. Each game turn Up to two players can invoke Kanly, once played the cards are discarded and until everyone has played there card or no one has called Kanly on a turn, Then the cards are returned to Players that use there's.

This prevents one player from dominating
and there can be no more than two battles per turn
